Greetings Family!!
The scholarship committee is overjoyed to announce the recipients for this year's scholarship. Please congratulate the following high school graduates:
1. Desiree Washington of Mobile, AL
Parents: Dancyl & Angela Washington
Grandparents: William & Theresa Washington
Great-grandparents: Emory & Anna Higgins
Great-great grandmother: Emily “Murr” Higgins
Desiree will be attending Springhill College in the fall.
2. Lawrence Locke of Dale City, VA
Parents: Larry & Angela Locke
Grandparents: Doris Jo Brady Curry
Great-grandparents: William (Bill) Brady
Great-great grandparents: Isaac & Josie Brady
Great-great-great grandmother: Emily “Murr” Higgins
Lawrence will be attending North Carolina A&T in the fall.
The committee looks forward to awarding more scholarships in 2007 so please continue to support the reunions and the scholarship fund.

Yolanda and family, please get me some more information so that I can email newsletter to the family when this information comes out. I would like to put this on the Scholarship page as well. Thanks.
